The board, headed by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Dr. Heena Gavit, consists of all woman individuals including Samajwadi Party’s Jaya Bachchan and DMK’s Kanimozhi Karunanidhi. The committee has likewise invited Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp delegates to show up before it on Thursday, December 5.
As per reports, the Parliamentary Standing Committee is worried over different issues, for example, trolling of ladies on social media platforms, morphing of pictures, alongside different difficult issues like vengeance pornography, or sextortion.
