Chandigarh :INLD Supreme OP Chautala today dissolved the National and State student wing of INSO (Indian National Students Organisation). The in disciplinary action was taken amid allegations that the youth wing was working against the basic principles of party and it failed drastically in performing the duties during Gohana rally.
Also during the same rally, it was found that INSO wing was involved in anti-party activities and did try hard to malign the image of INLD.
INSO is headed by Digvijay Chautala the younger brother of Hissar MP Dushyant Chautala and the son of Dr Ajay Singh Chautala.
After the announcement, the disgruntled Digvijay Chautala met his father in Tihar Jail, who is lodged there on account of JBT scam. The timing of the meeting is vital as it will decide the future unison of family.
Earlier Digvijay gave a statement to journalists, ‘that INSO was founded by Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala and he has no communication from him as only he can dissolve the wing’.
Today’s action of dissolving youth wing, shuffling party responsibilities is being linked with ongoing “War of Chair” within the INLD between Leader of Opposition Abhay Singh Chautala and his nephew Dushyant Chautala, MP from Hisar.
Abhay Singh has clearly emerged as the one who OP Chautala wants to delegate the mission of leading the party in the 2019 elections.
New Post Announcements for INLD
Among the changes announced today, Satbir Sisaye has replaced Rajendra Litani as president of the Hisar unit while Vijay Panchgama replaced Naresh Dwarka in Dadri, both the removed leaders are ardent supporters of Dushyant faction.
Nishan Singh, former MLA from Tohana, has been removed from the post of convener of the Kisan cell. He has been replaced by Balbir Singh.
While Dhara Singh has been made state in-charge of the Karamchari cell, Dr. K.C. Kajal has been appointed convener of newly created Medical cell.
OP Chautala also announced the new office-bearers of the national body. While he himself remains the national president, the vice-presidents are Anant Ram Tanwar, Sadhu Ram Chaudhary, Narayan Parsad Aggarwal, Kumari Phoolwati, Ashwani Dutta and Ram Bhagat Gupta.
While RS Chaudhary will be secretary-general of the party, Ramesh Garg, Brij Sharma, and Capt. Inder Singh will be the general secretaries. Ajay Chautala will remain as State secretary general for state unit.
The new parliamentary board will have Chautala as the Chairman and Ashok Arora, B.D. Dhalia, Anju Singh and Kamal Nagpal as its members.
