BJP veteran Sushma Swaraj passed away

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Foreign Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj (67yrs) passed away at Delhi’s AIIMS hospital on Tuesday night. Sushma Swaraj reportedly had a heart attack, following which she was rushed to Aiims hospital in New Delhi where she breathed her last.

In her last Twitter post, the ex-Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj thanked Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for abolishing controversial Article 370 from Jammu & Kashmir. In her post, she stated that she was desperately waiting for this day in her entire life.

Sushma Swaraj was undoubtedly one of the most popular Ministers that India has ever had. Washington Post termed Swaraj the Supermom of India. She is also one of the most followed Indian politicians on Twitter.

Condolence messages are pouring for Sushma Swaraj from all walks of life.  As soon as the news of Sushma Swaraj’s demise broke, several politicians, celebrities took to their social media account and condoled the death of Sushma Swaraj.
